Library Catalogue Study

This project was a small scale usability study conducted on the Georgia PINES Library catalogue. My team and I were responsible for evaluating the desktop version of the site targeted towards the demographic of 55+ years old and evaluated the UX/UI aspects of the site in relation to the 5E's of Usability, which are

• Effective

• Efficient

• Engaging

• Error tolerant

• Easy to Learn

We conducted the study in person in the Usability lab on campus and were given the opportunity to present directly to our client.
